Apichatpong Weerasethakul Wins 2019 Artes Mundi Prize

Thai filmmaker and video artist Apichatpong Weerasethakul, who has been showing great success through his new works including "Constellations" shown at GB Commission of 2018 Gwangju Biennale, was awarded the 2019 Artes Mundi prize, which comes with £40,000 (about $52,600) at a ceremony last Thursday in Cardiff, Wales.
