Development Area Aura is an alternative art space for artists and curators, and runs the voluntary residency program without any subsidy.
The Gwangju Biennale Foundation runs a programme titled, 'Monthly Gatherings', which includes Artist Studio Visits and GB Talks(Public lecture series) as multidisciplinary platforms to stimulate sustainable and diverse communication between artists, curators, scholars, creatives and local residents.
